An open-source computational pipeline that helps translate canine tumour variants into ranked neoantigen candidates, an mRNA construct, and manufacturing specifications—with AI used for interpretation and deterministic code used for critical specifications.

About the founder
Shashank Padala
Shashank is an engineer and technology program leader based in Toronto, originally from Hyderabad. Before building independent AI products, he led technology and AI initiatives at Amazon and Tesco. He studied electronics and communication engineering at IIT Guwahati and earned a master's degree from Queen's University.
